This is an FMG-friendly clinical rotation given to selected students. Almost all students rotating here are guaranteed interviews, and the program selects residents only from students who have completed clinical rotations at these hospitals.

80–90% of students doing clinical rotations here go on to have successful NRMP matches. The three-hospital system has a total of 130–140 residency spots, and most students rotating here get absorbed and successfully matched into their programs.

This program does not place heavy emphasis on USMLE scores or year of graduation. It relies heavily on sincerity, dedication, personality, and the ability to work well with staff and colleagues — these are given top priority in the selection process.

As with other rotations — professionalism, punctuality, and collaborative engagement with the clinical team are expected.

As with other rotations — supervised, hands-on clinical experience under a teaching attending physician.

As with other rotations — direct patient interaction, documentation, and participation in daily clinical workflows.
