Silver Cross Hospital: 10 hours each day for 2 days

Midwestern University: 6 hours in-person

Remote/Tele ER Sessions: Rush Hospital, Cook County Hospital, Insight Hospital (in-person when attending gets shift)

Total Experience: Roughly 30-40 hours per week of experience and teaching

Shifts: 8-12 hours, two weekend shifts required

LOR Type: Personalized LOR on Silver Cross, Cook County, Rush, or Insight Hospital letterhead. Performance, sincerity, dedication based.

Physician Affiliation: Attending Physician at multiple hospitals; Associate Program Director of ER Residency at Insight Hospital Medical Center.

Residency Program: Yes at affiliated hospitals

FMG-Friendly: Yes, with residents and Fellows

Rotation Fee: $2,000
