\n\t\t\t\t\t\tClinic Hours Mon-Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. seeing 10-15 patients\/day.\nThe attending physician will take the students for Hospital rounds from in\nbetween clinic hours to the hospital for inpatient rounding during the day for\n1-2 hours depending on the census and the inpatient need. Students will be\nexposed to Sleep and EMG\/EEG lab as well. They will rotate with the CHIEF of\nNeurology at the Clinic and the Hospital. Times are subject to change as per the attending\u2019s schedule. Students may also be required to attend didactics, lectures, and grand rounds. The attending physicians will inform the students of the schedule at the beginning of the rotation.

\nThis is a unique learning experience for medical graduates who are\ncommitted to becoming effective, successful residents. You will see an array\nof patients with various disorders and learn their Rx and Mx. The hospital and\nclinic initiatives are designed to prepare foreign medical graduates (IMGs) for\n\nthe USCSE by providing them with hands-on clinical experience. You will\nlearn the United States Health Care system under the supervision of a\nteaching attending physician. At the end of your 4-week rotation, the rotating student may request a performance-based letter of recommendation on Hospital letterhead. While participating as a member of the team, you will\nlearn to interact with diverse patients and perform detailed history taking\nand physical examination, check labs and notes on the patient. Formulate a\ndifferential diagnosis and execute an Rx plan for each patient under the\nattending physician\u2019s supervision and guidance.
