  • Clinical Duties
  • You will see paediatric patients with common day-to-day concerns and ensure their vaccinations, milestones, growth, and development are up to date.
  • Whenever there are paediatric inpatients or newborns in the hospital nursery, you will visit and assess them as part of your responsibilities.
  • Rotation Schedule
  • Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with a lunch break.
  • Saturdays: Optional; students may attend once a month for additional experience.
  • Schedule Changes: Timings may vary depending on the attending physician’s schedule.
  • Students may also be required to attend didactics, lectures, and grand rounds, with details shared by the attending at the start of the rotation.

  • This is a fully hands-on rotation with access to the EMR system, including note-writing and documentation under the supervision of the physician.
  • Learning Opportunities

You will work with a diverse range of patients with various disorders and learn their evaluation, diagnosis, and management.

  • You can book your rotation before 2 months of rotation start date by paying $350 deposit which will be counted towards your total rotation fees. If cancelled, it is nonrefundable.
  • ⁠Full rotation fee payment is due 2 months before the rotation start date.
  • You can also pay the entire rotation fee at the start without putting a deposit down.
  • ⁠50% if the total fees paid will be refunded if rotation is canceled before 4 weeks of the start date.
  • No refunds after that (within 4 weeks of start date).
